Hi Anjana, Thanks for clarification and i could get it working. The reason is URL [1] used. You need to have /route_batch_req which is the operation for Addressing i assume [2]. And also yes it should be "_postinsert" not "insert.
320 Doc was silent about it but 321 has been updated with correct batch request URLs.
