okay guys, I know how to do remote debugging. That's what I have been doing
so far.

I'm just asking about "How to debug by running the WSO2 Application Server
*within* Eclipse"! For example, it's very easy to do debug by adding the
project to an Apache Tomcat server inside Eclipse. I have done that many
times before. How to do the same with WSO2 AS?
