Hi All,

When we consider our servers some contains multiple run times on it (say
Synapse, Axis2 etc.) In dynamic patching I believe we may need to consider
how to handle them even we put the server into maintenance mode.

Another point is patching is not an frequent operation. So I too agreed
with Azeez on this.
