Hi, I have created a hive script to get published data in BAM and add that into external mysql databases. Before starting BAM I created database schema and relevant tables in mysql. Hive script execution was succeeded but data were not inserted in to the table.
Afterwards I dropped the table from mysql and executed the hive script. Then table was created and inserted data in to table with out any issue. Is this the way it should be worked?
