Hi Dev's, Currently in Carbon platform during QOS support is mainly handled through current persistence layer by maintaining service-meta files to persist modifications done to deployed artifacts. However this has introduced some platform level issues during many cases specially relevant to CarbonApps.
Due to this reason we are in the process of removing the current persistence layer from Carbon Kernel and to improve the QOS in the next Carbon kernel release. Currently following modules in platform level using the current persistence model.
