Hi Manu, AFAICR, this is by design. i.e. A pure Jaggery server contains only Jaggery related stuff. Also, we have done a few customisations like, changing the axis2 repository location etc. If Jaggery server has axis services, then they will have to go as <SERVER_HOME>/axis2Services due to repository location change.
