Hi All,

Update on AM git migration task :

   - We were able to migrate all the API manager components and and
   dependencies to wso2-dev repo
   - Added Ganalytics Component to carbon-commons
      - Added Forum component/feature to carbon-apimgt
      - Added thrift-authentication feature to carbon-identity

While doing this I also updated the the component/feature versions to
SNAPSHOT versions and removed version properties from component/feature
poms as per the conventions shared by Sagara. I was also able to fix a lot
of OSGI issues caused by this upgrade with help from Kishanthan and team,
but the tasks listed below are yet to be completed.

1. Fixing package uses conflict issues causing the API Manager to not
startup.

   - This seems to be caused by a conflict of javax.xml.soap version
dynamically wired to registry.uddi bundle. API Manager is using version
1.0.0 as uddi is using default version.

2. Merging the synapse fixes that have gone in to version 2.1.2-wso2v5 in
Turing branch to GIT (These have been added during the AM 1.7.0 release),

3. Synapse script mediator needs to be modified to use the latest version
of BSF, to avoid API Manager osgi issues (This is caused by Jaggery and BSF
using different versions of RhinoEngine)

4. Add AM build to Jenkins
