Hi Supun, We were registering APIManagerInterceptorValve, inside APIManagerInterceptorComponent.java and it is getting invoked when activating org.wso2.carbon.apimgt.interceptor bundle. So I am not sure how does many instances of the valve are getting registered.
Reason for registering it in code level is, we need the valve to be registered only if api management is enabled.
