Hi Chamila,
You should be able to resolve this issue by adding the WSO2 repository to
your pom file. Just copy and paste following repository declaration any
where within <project> tag.

<name>WSO2 Maven2 Repository</name>
<url>http://dist.wso2.org/maven2</url>
<snapshots>
<enabled>true</enabled>
</snapshots>

</repositories>
