Hi, I am working on jira issue[1]. I have tested this with carbon 3.2.2 and 4.2.0. Issue is fixed in 4.2.0. If "JAVA_HOME" variable is set with a path avoiding spaces in directory names (eg: JAVA_HOME = "C:/Program Files/java/jre_1.7.0_11" may not work due to space in "Program Files" directory name. It should set as JAVA_HOME = "C:/Progra~1/java/jre_1.7.0_11" ), wso2server.sh will start the application and can access the server with the admin console URL. I have updated the jirra issue with my findings.
