Hi, Can we create a git branch remotely without locally checking out the branch that we are going to do branching from. For example I have a branch *foo* in https://somerepo/.git and I want to create a branch *bar* in the same repo https://somerepo/.git from the branch *foo, *without checking out the branch *foo* locally. Can we do that?
