That's something we have to check in detail I guess. In the api-manager.xml what you specify is the admin credentials required to call external admin services. Ex: Admin services of the Gateway, Key-Manager, BAM, etc. We first need to see whether there is a possibility that these could change. If not, it should be possible to refer from a single location.
