I think you are correct. coz the error in the server log is follow,
[2014-08-05 10:52:27,002] ERROR {org.wso2.carbon.identity.sso.saml.processors.Lo
goutRequestProcessor} - No Established Sessions corresponding to Session Indexe
s provided.
