Hi,

I tried without the network connection and the bundle is starting now, but
still hangs with this error at a later point in the startup logs :

WARN {org.wso2.carbon.core.init.CarbonServerManager} -  Carbon
initialization is delayed due to the following unsatisfied items:
[2014-08-21 12:46:47,659]  WARN
{org.wso2.carbon.core.init.CarbonServerManager} -  Waiting for required
OSGi Service: org.wso2.carbon.humantask.core.HumanTaskEngineService
