Hi All,

Gayashan has completed all the changes and sent relevant pull requests to
repositories and products.

Feature #2676 <https://redmine.wso2.com/issues/2676>: Simplify Carbon
Platform Logging Story & Support Extending

We are going to merge these changes to carbon4-kernel and carbon-utils.
These changes contains API changes. Therefore some of the components and
products builds will fail.  We will inform you once these changes are
merged and then its your (cced) responsibilities to merge changes listed
below.
