HI Lakshman, They have added sleep method to allow the WebServiceCientCallBackHandler to have some time to obtain the response back from the service.
If they haven't mentioned the sleep method, after immediately invoking the service, main method will exit, thus killing all the other services. This won't allow the WebServiceCientCallBackHandler to process the request.
