I need to clarify the following, Are we going to add new permission for *app deletion* or shall we proceed with checking the *app creation* permission for this. If we are to proceed with checking app creation permission, then we will have to assume that "roles those who have app creation permissions will have app deletion permissions as well" Please advise.
