Hi Sewwandi,

A change was done in the recently with a patch. part of the change went to
carbon-multitenancy [1]. which is still to be merged. But this can be
avoided even without the pull being merged by changing the null check in
the "validateUsername" method. Will add the changes now ( i have have the
change locally did not commit it yet ).
