The pack contains CC non-refactored components. Some of them are, 1. In the org.wso2.carbon.registry.eventing 4.2.1 the CC refactoring is done. But the org.wso2.carbon.deployment.synchronizer.server.feature 4.2.2 (which is the latest) [1] ships org.wso2.carbon.registry.eventing 4.2.0 which is not CC refactored.
2. The org.wso2.carbon.logging.service 4.2.2 [2] is not refactored 3. org.wso2.carbon.usage.agent 2.2.0 is not refactored as Danushka said.
