Hi, I noticed $Subject while trying to run ES in clustered environment. ES save LC definitions to registry via 'org.wso2.carbon.governance.lcm.util.CommonUtil' . Got to know that this issue was intermittently and rarely observed in standalone packs as well.
Further, even lifecycles are not saved to registry sometimes logs shows that lifecycle is available in the resource path.
