This VOTE is canceled due to the above reason. We are looking for possibilities on removing wss4j from kernel and call for a RC2 ASAP.
On a related note, the issue mentioned above should have been there for quite some time with *wss4j-1.5.11.wso2v7-SNAPSHOT*. Why wasn't this reported earlier?
