Hi CD, Previously there was an issue regarding this. The main reason for this issue is that carbon security management feature is being packed with two different WS4J versions.
Those are wss4j_1.5.11.wso2v7.jar wss4j_1.5.11.wso2v8-SNAPSHOT.jar I think this issue has been fixed. Its better if you do a clean repo build.
