Hi Shashika, Yes, It works if you open a command prompt and do(a command prompt which is not used for up a carbon server)
To identify easily open a command prompt and just start the first pack(pack1) by only using wso2server.bat after it has started kill the process and go to another pack(pack2) and start using wso2server.sh only it will start properly but in the log you can see it's using pack1's path as carbon home. That means it always using the carbon home of first carbon server started up in that command prompt.
