org.wso2.carbon.relay Feature has wrong org.wso2.carbon.core version. In the Nexus org.wso2.carbon.relay.feature-4.3.1.zip file feature.xml , org.wso2.carbon.core version is 4.3.1 but it should be 4.3.0
