Hi Isuru,

Though this is a valid requirement IMO customers could misuse this
functionality as well and it will be hard to find what went wrong in a
error situation. (I think this was one of the reason to remove qos
functionality from management console as well)
Can't we suggest them to directly deploy with changes using DevStudio.

Just a thought.
