Hi Kasun,

Thanks for pointing it out. +1 for have both. Because the main intention of
sending a message to an user is to get the attention. So having a popup on
the screen is one good approach and on the other hand by using native
notifications, we will inherently have the features such as notification
sound/vibration as well as the device wake up.
