I don't think we need to complicate this thing of Key-Manager vs
Key-Validator. This separation/complication only comes into play when we're
actually using an external (third party) key manager. I suggest that we
stick to the same terminology (Key Manager) as before for the default key
manager.

For folks who are interested in using a third party key manager, they are
the only ones who would be required to understand the difference between
the two and go into the details. Therefore let's just leave the current
terminology as is it so we don't mess with the concepts that have already
been set.
