Hi Tanya, This Dsetup issue happens due to the component that create db tables in ES > didn't get activate > before StartupFinalizerServiceComponent in org.wso2.carbon.core.internal .
If this StartupFinalizerServiceComponent component activate setup value is removing from the system properties. Then tables wouldn't create on the DB.
