Hi Chalitha, This issue already fixed in the current master. Actually the multi tenancy support for AD is merged to kernel recently. Hence you can use AD as primary user store and test multi tenancy only with products which use carbon 4.4.1 or later.
Test the fix on latest IS 5.1.0, and GREG 5.0.0 beta(by patching user.core), and it's working as expected. Hence resolved the ticket. Thanks, Darshana.
