Hi Danushka, By setting "localRepository" value as I have mentioned above, jenkins will set the "Dmaven.repo.local"(local repository location) option using the above method. I think in your case, wso2 project plugin is using the localRepository[1] defined in the the global configuration($M2_HOME/conf/setting.xml) even it is passed as a maven option "Dmaven.repo.local".
