Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.apache.hadoop.fs.FSDataInputStream cannot be found by
spark-core_2.10_1.4.0.wso2v2
it has to be spark-core_2.10_1.4.1.wso2v1 actually.
in any case, can you check if the following bundle is active?

<groupId>org.wso2.orbit.org.apache.hadoop</groupId>
<artifactId>hadoop-client</artifactId>
<version>2.6.0.wso2v1</version>
