Hi, I guess IS team also faced same issue like this. We requested them to upgrade to the latest h2 version which is 1.2.140.wso2v3. In addition please add the DB_CLOSE_DELAY=-1 parameter the the jdbc url in bps-datasources.xml file.
Still if you are facing any issues ( After doing the above mentioned changes) , we can look in to this issue.
