Ayyoob, It should be being ES capabilities into CDMF layer. Not into IoT Server.
Are you sure it's AM 1.4.0 features? That's very old. At some point it needs to be updated to latest. Since there is a EMM release going on, I think the only other option is to work on a fork for IoT Server and then merge back when release is over.
