Hi Bhathiya,
One I have used prior is Java Service Wrapper[1]. Its not apache compliant.
so we can not integrate to our source tree. But we can install on customer
machine. see [2].

Second option: We can easily write a service launcher for windows.
Something in line with [4]
Third option [3] which I have no prior experience.
