Hi Udara, The consumer key secret pair is generated against the oauth app you select while subscribing. After removing the subscription, only the subscribed api wii be removed from subscribed APIs (at the bottom of the screenshot) You may see the drop down "Applications with Subscriptions" in the top of the subscription page. When you change the app there, the consumer_key, consumer_secret and access_token changes accordingly. If you delete the particular app only you will be able to delete those info.
