Hi, I am automating the API subscription workflow [1] under the topic "Engaging WS Workflow Executor in the API Manager" 3rd point when I subscribe to an API and invoke it before approve the subscription task APIM returns[2] which is expected because subscription task is not approved yet. But after approved the subscription task when i invoke the service it's still returning the same. I think it's because of caching, because If I invoke the service only after approve the subscription task it's working fine, also if I restart the server it's working fine
