Hi Rajith
You need to install org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.ui.feature in order to
get this. Once install you will find it under main menu.

<id>org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.ui.feature.group</id>
<version>${carbon.identity.version}</version>
</feature>
