Hi Nadeesha,

<JustInTimeProvisioningConfig>true</JustInTimeProvisioningConfig> seems not
the correct way to set the element. It should be set as follows.

<JustInTimeProvisioningConfig>
    <UserStoreClaimUri>theUserStoreClaimUri</UserStoreClaimUri>
    <ProvisioningUserStore>theUserStoreName</ProvisioningUserStore>
    <IsProvisioningEnabled>true</IsProvisioningEnabled>
</JustInTimeProvisioningConfig>

Please give the correct values. Can you please check with this
configuration.

Thanks.
