Hi Pubudu, Since from G-Reg 5.0.0 APIM features are installed separately. " WSO2_AM_DB" mentioned in the docs (which needs to be updated) is required only for APIM feature installation. If clustering is enabled without these feature installations, then we do not require to create "WSO2_AM_DB".
