Hi,

I'm trying to execute a go get command to download and install dependencies
which results in $subject.

My go installation is at "/home/dilhasha/GSoC/go" and GOPATH is set to
"/home/dilhasha/GSoC/GOWorkspace". Following are my Go env variables.

*GOARCH="amd64"*
*GOBIN=""*
*GOCHAR="6"*
*GOEXE=""*
*GOHOSTARCH="amd64"*
*GOHOSTOS="linux"*
*GOOS="linux"*
*GOPATH="/home/dilhasha/GSoC/GOWorkspace"*
*GORACE=""*
*GOROOT="/home/dilhasha/GSoC/go"*
*GOTOOLDIR="/home/dilhasha/GSoC/go/pkg/tool/linux_amd64"*
*TERM="dumb"*
*CC="gcc"*
*GOGCCFLAGS="-g -O2 -fPIC -m64 -pthread"*
*CXX="g++"*
*CGO_ENABLED="1"*

Go version is : *go1.2.1 linux/amd64*

When I try "go get -v golang.org/pkg/strconv/" I get the following error.

*Fetching https://golang.org/pkg/strconv?go-get=1
<https://golang.org/pkg/strconv?go-get=1>*
*Parsing meta tags from https://golang.org/pkg/strconv?go-get=1
<https://golang.org/pkg/strconv?go-get=1> (status code 200)*
*import "golang.org/pkg/strconv <http://golang.org/pkg/strconv>": parse
https://golang.org/pkg/strconv?go-get=1
<https://golang.org/pkg/strconv?go-get=1>: no go-import meta tags*
*package golang.org/pkg/strconv <http://golang.org/pkg/strconv>:
unrecognized import path "golang.org/pkg/strconv
<http://golang.org/pkg/strconv>"*

I referred to many similar questions asked on stack overflow but I can't
seem to solve this problem.

Regards,
Dilhasha
