Hi Chanuka, You need to have a host name instead of direct IP address(doesn't need to be publicly available) since this is used for browser redirect, you can use a local network shared host name as well. For example say the server is running in your machine,then just use "localhost" as the host name(in this case only 127.0.0.1 also works, only publicly shared IPs cannot be used), say the server is running in local network, then put some hostname in your "/etc/hosts" file pointing to that server and use that hostname in the developer console.
