Hi John, Best practice for developing WSO2 artifacts is to use Developer Studio. If you are using Maven as your build system you may use it for Packaging and deployment.
Even if you are using intellij or any other xml editor for the configuration development, you still need to use developer studio for Artifact Management as mentioned in the other thread for your previous query.
