Hi Pubudu, First you can evaluate existing loadbalancers (ex Nginx , HA ) and look in to main features related to HTTP loadbalancing such as Load balancing methods (roundrobin, iphash, leastconnected) , session persistence, ..etc. Try to identify how those concepts works within those and come up with a set of features that needs to be implemented.
