[Adding Ayyoob & Geesara to the thread] Hi Zhou,
Since we are working with next milestone release, archtype in product-iots master branch will not generate compatible device type plugin for M3 pack. It is the reason for above mentioned issues. So please checkout M3 compatible archtype from this link[2] and try to regenerate your device type with it. Also, with given M3 compatible archtype, you don't want to copy any jar file to plugins directory by your self.
