Hi Rohit, Can you try setting the hostname of IS in *carbon.xml* found at IS_HOME/repository/conf by setting the IP address instead of localhost in *<HostName>*localhost*</HostName>* tag? Thereafter point to the server URL of IS (with the IP address) in the *api-manager.xml* file found in the <APIM_HOME>/repository/conf as explained by the *Configuring the API Manager* section() of [1].
