Hi Kesavan, Currently ESB tool doesn't have a scope as "registry". So it will reset it to default when you switch the views. We have to add it in ESB tool. Open a JIRA for esb tooling to track this.
Meanwhile to continue with the development keep it to the last moment and edit it in source view and save. Do not switch to design view after that.
