Hi Chamara, Publishing events[1] and Device Monitoring [2] are not related each other. Since Android agent is capable of sending out critical events to WSO2 DAS server, There are some configurations to enable in EMM server to publish events in DAS Server. Here [1] Managing Event publishing provides those configurations.
