Hi, This is actually a limitation in IS 5.0.0 & IS 5.1.0. This issue [1] has been resolved from IS 5.3.0-M4 onwards, where you can Add/Edit/Delete new email templates from the UI itself. Please find the latest released IS 5.3.0-M4 from [2].
