Hi Shazni, This property is added with a fix to [1]. With the fix we have added ON DELETE CASCADE constraint on UM_ROLE_PERMISSION, UM_USER_PERMISSION, UM_HYBRID_USER_ROLE tables in user management database. This is added with a kernel 4.4.x release and because we need to the database to be backward compatible, we have added this property. So if ON DELETE CASCADE constraint is not there on those tables, we need this property set to false. See the PR [2].
