Hi Hanen, We have done some permission refactoring and it is required "/permission/admin/manage/identity/usermgt" permission to view user management UI in management console. Anyway, we reverted that change[ 1] to support backward compatibility. So, In IS 5.3.0 RC2 pack users who have only login permission will be able to change their password from mangement console.
